Here is a step by step easy recipe with pictures to make a caramelized custard, Store it in the refrigerator for an hour and later on serve it chilled. You can store it for 3 to 4 days and consume it.

Getting Ready:
Add a ¼ cup of sugar in a pan and cook while stirring it on high flame.
Cook the sugar until it melts and becomes light brown.
Pour the caramelized sugar in a bowl and leave it aside to set.
Preheat 3 to 4 cups of water in a vessel and add a ¾ cup of milk in a mini bow along with 4 tbsp of custard powder to it.
Take a ¾ cup of whisked curd and it in the mixture.
Add ¾ condensed milk, a ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence to it and mix all the ingredients well.
Add the mixture over the caramelized sugar and place its bowl in a vessel where the water has heated.
Cover and cook it for 25 minutes on low-medium flame. The custard has steamed cooked after 25 minutes.
Remove the bowl from the vessel and separate the custard using a knife from its corners.
Keep a plate over it and flip it upside down. The Caramelized custard is ready to be served.
