आटा गुड़ के कुरकुरे बिस्किट्स । Atta Biscuits in Kadhai | Eggless Whole Wheat Biscuit with jaggery
Biscuits and a cup of tea are a match made in heaven. Atta biscuit recipe is a healthy biscuit recipe prepared with whole wheat flour and jaggery. You can give them to kids as snacks; they will love it.
To prepare these deliciously healthy biscuits, follow the directions below along with the images.
Directions:
1. Dash ½ cup of jaggery to pieces and put it in a cooking pot.
2. Add 5 tbsp of ghee, 4 tbsp of milk to the jaggery, and simmer till the jaggery melts.
3. In 1 cup of wheat flour, mix ¼ cup suji, ¼ cup desiccated coconut, 2 tbsp almond flakes, 6-7 crushed cardamom, and 1 tsp baking powder.
4. Add jaggery syrup to the flour and prepare the dough.
5. Take out a portion of dough using a tablespoon to prepare the same size of biscuits.
6. Roll the dough and give it a biscuit shape.
7. Mark cut on the biscuits using a knife and keep them on the oven tray.
8. Preheat the oven at 180°centigrade for 5 minutes and bake the biscuits at 170°centigrade for 10 minutes.
9. Take the biscuits out after 10 minutes and allow them to cool down.
10. Atta biscuits are ready to be served.
Bake Biscuits in Kadai
1. In a heavy bottom Kadai, add 2 cups of salt and place a stand.
2. Preheat the Kadai for 7-8 minutes over high heat.
3. Grease a thali and place the biscuits on it.
4. Keep the thali in the Kadai after 8 minutes and bake the biscuits for 20 minutes over medium flame.
5. After 20 minutes, gud-atta biscuits in Kadai are ready to be served.

- Jaggery - ¾ Cup, 150 gms
- Semolina - ¼ Cup (45 grams)
- Desiccated Coconut - ¼ Cup
- Baking Powder - 1 tsp
- Cardamom - 6-7, coarsely ground
- Desi Ghee - 5 tbsp
- Milk - 4 tbsp
- Almond Flakes - 2 tbsp
