Directions:
1. Add ½ cup water, ½ tsp cumin seed, ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, ½ tsp of red chili powder, and 1 tsp of sesame to a Kadai.
2. Add less than ¼ tsp of salt, 1 tsp of ghee, 1-pinch Hing, and bring the water to a boil.
3. Add ½ cup of rice flour gradually to the water after a boil.
4. Mix 1 tbsp of urad dal flour into the mixture.
5. Transfer the prepared mixture to a bowl.
6. Apply a little ghee to your hands and prepare the dough of the mixture.
7. Cover and rest the dough for 20 minutes to set.
8. Again, apply ghee to your hand and knead the dough.
9. Take out a portion of dough and roll it into a long rope.
10. Cut the long rope into 2.5 or 3 inches small ropes and join the ends of the small ropes to make rings.
11. Heat the oil in the Kadhai.
12. Drop as many murukkus as possible in the Kadai and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
