Eggless banana cake is more of a banana bread recipe. Unlike other cake recipes, you can prepare this cake without using eggs. Eggless banana cake has a moist texture with coco chips crunch best with a cup of tea.

Directions:
1. Blend 2-sliced bananas with ¼ tsp of olive oil, ½ cup of curd, and ½ cup of sugar.
2. Sift 1 cup & 2 tbsp of refined flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, and ¼ tsp of baking soda into a bowl.
3. Grease a container with ghee for baking.
4. Lay a butter paper at the bottom of the container and grease it too.
5. Preheat a cooker with 2 cups salt and a stand for 7-8 minutes over high heat.
6. Remove the gasket and pressure regulator from the cooker lid.
7. Mix blend banana mixture and dry ingredients.
8. Add ½ tsp of vanilla essence and mix well.
9. Add 3 tbsp of choco chips to the batter and mix well.
10. Transfer the batter to the greased container and spread the batter evenly.
11. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of choco chips over the batter.
12. Place the cake container inside the cooker and bake over low-medium heat for 50 minutes.
13. Insert a needle inside the cake after 50 minutes, and it should come out clean.
14. Set aside the cake for 30 minutes to cool.
15. Slide a knife along the edges and ease out the cake. Eggless banana cake is ready to be served.
