Vinegar acts as an essential ingredient for the preservation of the varieties of eatables. It is easily available in the market but, homemade vinegar is additive-free.
Here is a step by step recipe along with the pictures to make vinegar. This recipe will help you to make two kinds of vinegar easily. One of it is naturally made and the other one is artificial which will be made up of chemical reactions.

Getting Ready:
Natural vinegar (sugarcane vinegar)
Take a litre of sugarcane juice in a glass.
Add 2 non-rusted nails in it.
Place it in a warm place or cupboard for 2 months.
After 2 months, filter it using a cotton cloth.
After Filtering, store it in a Glass, Porcelain or food-grade plastic bottle.
Sugarcane Vinegar is ready to be used.
Synthetic Vinegar
Take 500 ml of RO water.
Add 2 tbsp of Acidic Acid and mix it. Do not use the metal spoon for mixing it.
The synthetic vinegar is ready to be served.
