Direction:
1. Take 3-boiled potatoes and grate them.
2. Take 1 cup of bajra flour and add grated potatoes to it.
3. Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, and 1/2 tsp carom seeds to the flour.
4. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 2-chopped chilis, 1/2 tsp of chili flakes, and 1 tsp of grated ginger.
5. Add 2-3 tsp of coriander leaves and mix well.
6. Pour water gradually and prepare a soft dough.
7. Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 minutes to set.
8. Apply little oil to your hands and knead the dough for a few minutes.
9. Divide the dough into small balls and grease the rolling board and pin.
10. Roll the dough balls into a slightly thick poori.
11. Heat the oil in the Kadai/wok for frying. Keep the flame medium.
12. Carefully lift and slide the poori in the oil.
13. Turn the poori around when fried from below.
14. Fry the poori till golden brown from both sides.
