Soft Chewy Caramel Candies Recipe - Caramel Candy Recipe without Corn Syrup caramel candy

  • Cream – 1 cup (200 grams)
  • Powdered brown sugar – ½ cup (100 grams)
  • Powdered sugar – ½ cup (100 grams)
  • Milk powder – ¼ cup (30 grams)
  • Honey – ¼ cup (70 grams)
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  1. Take 8x8 inch sized tray and place aluminum foil on it. Grease the aluminum foil with some ghee/oil/butter. Spread it evenly with a brush.
  2. Place a vessel on flame and pour the cream into it along with powdered brown sugar, powdered sugar, milk powder and honey. Keep the flame on low while adding the ingredients, after that increase the flame to medium and cook the mixture until it turns thick in consistency. Keep stirring continuously by moving the spatula to the bottom of the vessel.
  3. When the mixture turns thick, turn off the flame. It took 12-13 minutes to cook the mixture. Add butter into it and mix it really well. Further add vanilla essence into it, stir to mix well. Mixture for making caramel candy is now ready. Transfer the caramel candy mixture into the greased tray, level the mixture and let it set completely for 2 hours.
  4. After 2 hours, caramel candy mixture will be set completely. Take it out from the tray and cut in into 1x1 inch pieces or into desired size pieces with the help of a pizza cutter. Transfer the caramel candies on a plate. Now take a wrapping sheet and cut 8 pieces from it. Take a wrapping sheet and wrap a caramel candy into it. Place it on a plate. Likewise, wrap the remaining caramel candies into the wrapping sheet. Caramel candies are now ready.
  5. Serve these delicious and chewy caramel candies as a dessert after any meal or have them whenever you crave for something sweet. Enjoy!
