Here we are with a quick morning breakfast recipe, which is instant semolina and wheat flour dosa. Well, you don’t have to ferment the batter for long-long hours. Just mix the ingredients required, sit for 30 minutes, and prepare the dosa.
Follow the directions along with images to prepare instant semolina and wheat flour dosa.
Directions:
1. Mix 1/4 cup of wheat flour, 1 cup of curd, 3/4 tsp of salt with 1 cup of semolina.
2. Cover and set aside for 15 minutes to set.
3. Add some water after 15 minutes to the batter to get the desired consistency.
4. Add 1/4 tsp of baking soda and mix.
5. Heat a pan and grease it with a little oil. Drizzle water over the pan and wipe it.
6. Add a ladleful of batter to the center of the pan and spread it in a circular motion.
7. Drizzle oil around the ends of the dosa and at the top.
8. Cook the dosa over a high flame till the base is golden brown.
9. Fold the dosa once brown and take it out on a plate.
