Directions:
1. Wash and soak 1 cup of Usna rice for 1 hour.
2. Pour 5 cups of water into a pot and bring it to a boil.
3. Add rice to the boiling water and cook covered over high heat.
4. Cook the rice over low heat after a boil in the water. Check and stir the rice after 10 minutes.
5. Rice is not yet fully cooked, so cook it for 5-more minutes.
6. After 5 minutes, stir the rice and cook them for another 2-3 minutes.
7. When the rice is cooked, transfer the rice to a sieve and drain out the rice water into a bowl.
8. Add 1/2 tsp of ghee to the rice and mix well. Fluffy rice is ready to be served.
9. Add 1/2 tsp honey to a cup of rice water, and the sweet rice water drink is ready.
10. Heat 1/2 tsp of ghee in a pan and roast 1/4 tsp of jeera in it.
11. Pour the Tadka into the rice water, mix 1/4 tsp of salt, and savory rice water drink is ready.
