Cheesy veg Kulcha is a snack and a perfect breakfast too. It is scrumptious to eat and easier to make. It is filled with scrumptious stuffing and cheese. A Kulcha is enough to end the hunger spank of a time. 

Here is a step by step recipe to make cheesy veg Kulcha sandwich on Tawa along with pictures. Serving it along with tomato sauce or any desired dip will make it tastier to eat. 

Direction:

Getting Ready:

Melt a tsp of butter in a pan. 

Add a ¼ cup of finely chopped carrot, a cup of sweet corn, a ¼ cup of finely chopped capsicum to it. 

Cook while continuously stirring them on high flame for 1.5 to 2 minutes till they become crunchy. 

Add 1/4 tsp of salt to the veggies and cook while continuously stirring them for a minute.

Saute a ¼ cup of finely chopped tomato.

Add a ¼ tsp of freshly crushed black pepper to it. 

Add a tbsp of tomato sauce to it and stir well.

Remove the stuffing in a plate and cool it. 

 

Preheat other pan and add some butter over it. 

Add a Kulcha to cook on it and remove it from the pan once it has cooked from one side. 

Spread a tbsp of pizza sauce over it. 

Add the stuffing over it and spread evenly. 

Add the grated Mozzarella Cheese and cover it using another cooked Kulcha.

Cover and cook it on Low- medium flame. 

Flip it and spread butter evenly over it. 

Remove cooked sandwich Kulcha pizza from the pan. 

Cut it into the desired shape and serve it.

Suggestions

  • You can use cheese slice after chopping it instead of grated cheese.

Ingredients
  • Carrot - ¼ cup (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum - ¼ cup (finely chopped)
  • Sweet Corn - ¼ cup
  • Tomato - ¼ cup (finely chopped)
  • Mozzarella Cheese - ½ cup (grated)
  • Butter - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Pizza sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - ¼ tsp
Instructions
  1. - Preheat a pan to make the stuffing.
  2. - Add 1 teaspoon of butter on the heated pan and melt it.
  3. - Add ¼ ¼ cup of finely chopped carrot, 1 cup of sweet corn, ¼ cup of finely chopped capsicum to it.
  4. - Cook while continuously stirring them on the high flame for 1.5 to 2 minutes till they become crunchy.
  5. - Add ¼ teaspoon of salt to the veggies and cook while continuously stirring them for a minute.
  6. - Add ¼ cup of finely chopped tomato to it and saute it.
  7. - Add ¼ teaspoon of fresh crushed black pepper and mix it well.
  8. - Add 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce and stir it well.
  9. - The stuffing is ready. Remove it on a plate to cool it
  10. - Take another pan to make Kulcha sandwich pizza.
  11. - Add some butter over it and melt it.
  12. - After melting the butter, add Kulcha to cook.
  13. - Remove it from the pan once it has cooked from aside.
  14. - We will cook another Kulcha in the same manner.
  15. - Spread a tablespoon pizza sauce over it and spread it evenly.
  16. - Add the stuffing on it and spread it evenly.
  17. - Add the grated Mozzarella Cheese and cover it using the another cooked Kulcha.
  18. - Cook it on the Low- medium flame.
  19. - Flip it and spread butter evenly over it.
  20. - Remove the cooked sandwich Kulcha pizza from the pan.
  21. - Cut it into the desired shape and serve it.
