Instant Malai Puri Recipe | मलाई पूरी झटपट बनाने का तरीका । Malai Malpua Recipe

 

Instant Malai Poori is a recipe of sweet as well as dessert. Malai Malpua traditionally is made up of milk but, in this recipe, we came up with an easy and instant method of making the Malpua.

Here is step by step representation of recipe along with pictures to make Malai Poori which is delicious to eat and easier to make. We have used the ready-mix mixture to make it perfectly and instantly.

Direction :

Getting Ready :

Take 1.5 cups of sugar in a vessel and add 1.5 cups of water to it.

Stir and cook until sugar dissolves in the water.

Add a ¾ cup of water to a cup of gulab jamun ready-mix and stir to dissolve its lump.

Add 15 to 20 saffron strands to the sugar syrup.

Add a ½ tsp of cardamom powder to it.

 

Boil the sugar syrup for 3 to 4 minutes.

After boiling it, remove it from the flame and keep it aside to cool down.

Preheat a flat pan and add some clarified butter in it.

Add a serving spoon of batter to the hot oil.

Fry until it becomes brown from both sides.

Drain it out using a ladle and keep aside to cool down. Fry all the Poori likewise.

10 to 12 Malai poori can be made from the prepared quantity of batter.

The sugar syrup has become lukewarm.

Dip 4 to 5 Poori in the sugar syrup for 4 minutes.

Drain it out after 4 minutes and place on a plate.

Garnish with some chopped pistachios and sugar syrup.

The Malai Poori is ready to be served.

Ingredients
  • Sugar - 1.5 cups (350 grams)
  • Gulab Jamun Ready-mix - 1 cup
  • Pistachios (finely chopped) - 10 to 12
  • Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
  • Saffron strands - 15 to 20
  • Ghee - for frying

  2. - Stir and cook until sugar dissolves in the water.
  3. - Take a cup of Gulab Jamun ready-mix in a bowl, add a ¾ cup of water to it and dissolve its lumps.
  4. - The batter should be of the pouring consistency.
  5. - Add 15 to 20 saffron strands in the sugar syrup.
  6. - Add a ½ teaspoon of cardamom powder to it.
  7. - Boil the sugar syrup for 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. - After boiling it, remove it from the flame and keep it aside to cool down.

  10. - Add a serving spoon of batter in the hot oil.
