Lemonade is a perfect drink to beat the heat in this hot weather. It helps to keep the body hydrated during the summers and its premixes help to make it quickly. It is also perfect to serve guests during the summer and you can carry its premixes too. This recipe will help you to make a lemonade well.

Here is step by step easy recipe with pictures to make mouth drooling and a perfect drink for summers which is lemonade.

Getting Ready :

For premix lemonade powder

Roast 2 tbsp of cumin seeds on medium flame.

Cool it and later on, grind it along with 2 tbsp of black salt, 2 to 3 cinnamon stick of 1.5 to 2 inches, a tbsp of green cardamom, a tablespoon of fennel seeds, a tbsp of black pepper.

Filter its fibres and the lemonade powder is ready to be used.

For premix lemonade syrup

Cook a kg of sugar along with 2 cups of water. Add premix powder to it and stir well.

Extract juice from 1/2 kg of lemons and mix it well syrup.

Filter the syrup and store it in a bottle to consume for 2 to 3 months.

Lemonade using lemonade powder

Add a 1/2 tsp of lemonade powder in a glass along with 2 tbsp of sugar to it. Add the juice of a lemon, some chilled water and serve it.

The lemonade made up of lemonade powder is ready to be served.

Lemonade using lemonade syrup

Add 2 tbsp of lemonade syrup in a glass. Add some chilled water, some mint leaves and a lemon slice to it.

The lemonade made up of lemonade syrup is ready to be served.

Soda lemonade / Club lemonade

Add some lemonade in a glass along with some soda, mint leaves and ice cubes.

The club lemonade is ready to be served.

Suggestions

  • You can use the remaining fibre of spices in the Masala mixture of a curry.
  • Do not throw the remaining peels of lemons, you can make their pickle easily.
  • You can increase or decrease the quantity of sugar powder according to your taste.

Ingredients
  • Black salt - 3 tbsp (45 grams)
  • Cumin seeds - 2 tbsp (14 grams)
  • Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp (7 grams)\
  • Black pepper - 1 tbsp (7 grams)
  • Green cardamom - 1 tbsp (7 grams)
  • Cinnamon stick - 2 inches (2)
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Soda
  • Mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
Instructions
  1. For premix lemonade powder
  2. - Take a pan, add 2 tablespoons of cumin seeds to it and roast while continuously stirring it on medium flame.
  3. - After roasting it, pour it in a separate plate to cool down.
  4. - After cooling it, pour it in a grinder jar followed by 2 tablespoons of black salt, 2 to 3 cinnamon stick of 1.5 to 2 inches, a tablespoon of green cardamom, a tablespoon of fennel seeds, a tablespoon of black pepper to it and grind them finely for the powder.
  5. - Take a strainer and filter the fibres of powder using it.
  6. - After filtering it, the lemonade powder is ready to be used.
  7. - Store it in an airtight container and consume for 2 to 3 months.
  8. For premix lemonade syrup
  9. - Take a vessel, add a kg of sugar in it followed by 2 cups of water.
  10. - Switch on the flame and cook until sugar dissolves in it.
  11. - After dissolving the sugar, switch off the flame and add premix lemonade powder to it.
  12. - Stir to mix well and keep it aside to cool down for a while.
  13. - Take ½ kg of lemons and extract their juice in a bowl.
  14. - Add the extracted lemon juice to the cooled sugar syrup and mix well.
  15. - Use a strainer for filtering the syrup. After filtering it, the lemonade syrup is ready to be used.
  16. - Store it in any container and in the refrigerator to consume for 2 to 3 months.
  17. Lemonade using lemonade powder
  18. - Add a ½ teaspoon of lemonade powder in a glass.
  19. - Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to it and extract the juice of a lemon in it.
  20. - Add some chilled water to it and stir well.
  21. - After stirring it, add some mint leaves, some ice cubes and a slice of lemon to it.
  22. - The lemonade made up of lemonade powder is ready to be served.
  23. Lemonade using lemonade syrup
  24. - Take a glass, add 2 tablespoons of lemonade syrup in it.
  25. - Add some chilled water, some mint leaves and a lemon slice to it.
  26. - The lemonade made up of lemonade syrup is ready to be served.
  27. Soda lemonade / Club lemonade
  28. - Take a glass, add some lemonade syrup to it.
  29. - Add some soda, some mint leaves and ice cubes to it.
  30. - Add a lemon slice to it and stir well.
  31. - The club lemonade is ready to be served.
