Crispy fried Soya Chaap | Crunchy Fried Soy Chaap

Here is a step by step recipe with pictures to make mouth drooling Crunchy fried soya chaap. These are really sumptuous soya chaaps.Crispy on outside and soft on inside.You can serve it with green coriander chutney,tomato sauce, or with any chutney of your choice.
Direction:
Take 6 soya chaaps, Put 3 to 4 marks on the soya chaap like this with help of a knife.
Take 1 cup soya chunk and make coarse powder from it.
Take 1/2 cup refined flour add water and make thin slurry.
Making:
To make masala,for soya chaap 2 tbsp curd,1/2 tsp ginger paste,1/2 tsp garam masala1 tsp coriander powder.1/2 tsp red chili powder,1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp salt.Mix all ingredients well.
Dip the soya chaap in the masala and coat well with spoon. Then keep aside for 20 minutes so that spices are absorbed well.
Add spices to the refined flour slurry, add 1/2 tsp chili flakes,¼ tsp coarsely ground black pepper,we have coarsely grinded 8 to 10 black pepper,add 1/2 tsp oregano,add 1/2 tsp salt.Mix all ingredients well.
After 20 minutes, Soya chaap is marinated and ready. Take a soya chaap and dip and coat it well in refined flour slurry then coat it with coarsely ground soya chunks. Coat all likewise.Meanwhile put oil in wok to heat. check oil.
Put the soya chaap to fry. Stir and fry well till golden brown and ready. Then take out in a plate. Fry all likewise. it takes 4 to 5 minutes to fry soya chaaps once.
Serving :

- You can use bread crumbs or corn flakes instead of soya chunks.

- Curd - 2 tbsp
