Getting ready:

Cut the watermelon into rough pieces then take off the red part and discard its green skin. Further cut them into small chunks so that it gets easy to grind them.

Put the watermelon chunks in a mixer jar along with some mint leaves and black salt. Put the lid on and grind everything into fine paste.

Now cut the lemon into half and squeeze it into the watermelon sharbat. Mix it really well.

Then strain the sharbat through a sieve in a bowl. Discard the pulp left on sieve.

  • Watermelon – 1.5 kg
  • Mint leaves – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon – 1
  • Black salt – ¾ tsp
