Getting ready:

Rinse mango thoroughly with water and pat dry it. Peel its skin off and chop its pulp into small cubes. Place it in a bowl.

Cut the lemon into half and squeeze its juice in a small bowl.

Put the mango pulp into the mixer jar along with sugar. Churn everything together to make a smooth puree and to dissolve the sugar granules completely.

Further add lemon juice and ice cubes into the mango puree. Churn everything again. Turn off the machine. Take the jar off and add 2-3 glasses of chilled water into it. Whisk it again to mix everything well.
