Ladi pav recipe without oven

- Refined Flour -1.5 Cup (200 grams)
- Instant Active Yeast - 1.5 tsp
- Sugar - 1.5 tsp
- Milk - ¾ Cup (160 ml)
- Salt - ⅓ tsp
- Oil - 1.5 tsp
- Mix 1.5 tsp instant active yeast with 1.5 tsp sugar and 2-3 tbsp milk. Cover and rest for 6-7 minutes.
- Take 1.5 cups of maida and mix ⅓ tsp of salt in it.
- Add the activated yeast to the maida, use lukewarm milk, and knead a soft dough.
- Add 1.5 tbsp of olive oil and knead the dough for 8-10 minutes.
- Apply a little oil over the dough and keep it in a warm place.
- After an hour, apply dry maida on your hand and punch the dough a little.
- Transfer the dough to a board and roll it into a log.
- Cut the dough into halves and further divide each half into 3.
- Grease a container with a little oil.
- Fold all the dough pieces into balls and keep them in the greased tray.
- Cover the dough in the tray with a cloth for 40 minutes.
- Brush cream over the pav after 40 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of salt and place a stand inside the Kadai. Preheat the Kadai for 10 minutes over high heat.
- Keep the pav tray in the Kadai and bake over medium-high heat. (Check after 20 minutes)
- Take the tray out after 30 minutes and brush butter over the pav.
- Cover the pav with a little wet cloth for 10 minutes.
- Run a knife along the edges and ease out the pav from the container.
- Ladi Pav is ready to be served.
