  • Wheat flour – ½ cup (75 grams)
  • Semolina – ½ cup (75 grams)
  • Chickpea flour – ½ cup (50 grams)
  • Ghee – ¾ cup (175 grams)
  • Sugar – ¾ cup (200 grams)
  • Milk – ½ cup (boiled)
  • Cashews – 10 to 12
  • Almonds – 10 to 12
  • Green cardamom powder – ½ tsp
  1. Cut the cashews into small pieces and cut almonds making 8 to 10 chunks of each.
  2. Take wheat flour in a microwave safe bowl along with semolina, chickpea flour, ½ cup ghee, sugar and milk. Mix all the ingredients really well and microwave the mixture for 3 minutes.
  3. minutes later, take out the bowl from the microwave and stir thoroughly. Again microwave the mixture for 3 minutes.
  4. After 3 minutes, stir the mixture well and microwave the mixture another 3 minutes. Later, stir the mixture properly and microwave for 2 minutes more.
  5. Afterward, the mixture will become golden brown in colour. Stir well and add the dry fruits to the mixture. Mix well and microwave the mixture for 1 minute.
  6. After 1 minute, add green cardamom powder to the mixture and mix nicely. Churma is ready to prepare the ladoos. Let the choorma cool down slightly. Overall we have microwave the mixture for 12 minutes.
  7. Then add 2 tbsp of boiled milk and 2 to 3 tbsp of ghee to the churma so that it reaches the binding consistency and mix thoroughly.
  8. Take some churma and bind it into ladoo by pressing with both the hands. Make desired size ladoos. Place the ladoo on a plate and likewise make ladoos from the remaining churma. Churma ladoos prepared in microwave are ready.
