  2. Pour the milk in a vessel and place it on flame to heat.
  3. Wear gloves prior cutting the turmeric else your hands can turn yellow. Scrap off the skin on turmeric like we peel the ginger. Place it aside and likewise scrap rest of the turmeric chunks as well.
  4. Chop them down in small chunks as we need to grind them finely in a mixer jar.
  5. Place the chunks in a mixer jar and grind them really finely. Stir after a while as it gets on the edges of the mixer jar. After finely grinding the turmeric, transfer it to a bowl.
  6. When the milk starts simmering, add 1 tsp turmeric paste to it. Let it simmer for a while.
  7. Then add 1 pinch cardamom powder and let it simmer for 2 more minutes. After two minutes, turn off the flame. It is now done and ready. Sieve the milk through a strainer.
  8. Add 2 tsp honey to this milk. Mix the honey well. Whisk the milk like this to make some foam.
  9. Serve the milk and garnish with some cinnamon powder. This also enhances the taste. Also crush some nutmeg over the milk. Here turmeric latte is ready to serve. Delicious and super healthy turmeric latte is ready.
