  • Mango – 1
  • Semolina – ½ cup
  • Sugar – ½ cup
  • Ghee – ½ cup
  • Cashews – 10-12
  • Green cardamom – 4
  1. Chop cashew small pieces. Crush green cardamom seeds into fine powder.
  2. Heat a pan with some ghee and semolina. Roast till it changes its colour. Keep the flame on medium.
  3. Add less than 2 cups of water and sugar to it. Simmer it on low flame.
  4. Add mango, cashews and ghee into it. Mix it well.
  5. Halwa has turned thick. Turn off the flame. Add crushed green cardamom as well. Transfer it to a serving bowl.
  6. Garnish this luscious and mouth-drooling mango halwa with the remaining ghee and cashew pieces and serve. Enjoy!
