  • Refined flour – 1 cup (125 grams)
  • Oats – 1 cup (100 grams)
  • Dark chocolate – 75 grams
  • Butter – ½ cup (100 grams)
  • Brown sugar – more than ½ cup (100 grams)
  • Raisins – 50 grams
  • Walnuts – 50 grams
  • Honey – 70 grams
  • Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
  1. Chop the dark chocolate and walnuts into small pieces.
  2. Take ghee in a big mixing bowl and add sugar into it. Whisk it well together. Add honey and cinnamon powder whisk it again.
  3. Add baking powder into the refined flour. Strain the mixture.
  4. Add the strained refined flour mixture into the ghee-sugar-honey mixture. Mix it really well.
  5. Now add ½ tsp of vanilla essence, oats, raisins, chopped walnuts and chopped dark chocolate into the batter. Mix all the ingredients really well.
  6. Take a baking tray and spread a silicon sheet on it. Roll out cookie and place it on the tray.
  7. Preheat the oven at 170 degree centigrade. Set the oven at 170 degree centigrade and bake the cookies for 12 minutes. Check later.
  8. After 12 minutes, take the tray out. Cookies have turned brown in colour. They are now baked aptly.
  9. Serve these crusty and delectable honey oat cookies along with steaming hot cup of tea or coffee.
