Wash, peel  and cut 2 ripe mango into small pieces. Keep a little mango aside for making the shake.mango mastani

Put the thick pieces of mangoes in a jar. Add 3 tbsp sugar, 400 ml milk to it to prepare a thick shake. Blend it well.mango mastani

Getting ready:

Cut each cashew into 5-6 small pieces. Place them in a bowl. Peel the green cardamom and crush its seeds into coarse powder.

Wash the chikus thoroughly with water, drain out the excess water and allow them to dry out completely. Now take a chiku, peel off its skin using a knife. Discard its seeds and chop it in small chunks, place it in a bowl. Similarly, prepare the rest of the chikus as well.

Further cut half the quantity of chopped chikus into very small chunks and transfer the rest of the chopped chikus in a mixer jar. Put on the lid and prepare fine paste of it.chikoo kulfi recipeMaking:

Take milk in a vessel and put it on flame. Let it simmer until it starts boiling. Once the milk starts boiling, reduce the flame to low and let the milk boil until it remains 1/3 of its actual quantity. Keep stirring at regular interval to prevent the milk from browning at the base.
