Getting ready:
1. Sieve refined flour in a bowl.
Making:
2. In a mixing bowl, add refined flour, semolina, salt, sugar, oil and dry instant yeast. Mix everything really well.
3. Add lukewarm water in small parts and knead soft dough.
4. Grease your hands with some oil and continue kneading for 5-6 more minutes.
5. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Lift one dough ball and roll it to round shape.
6. Sprinkle some dry flour over the rolling board and roll out into round sheet with ½ cm thickness.

Suggestions
- You can use instant dry active yeast to the flour. But mix dry active yeast in 2-3 tbsp in lukewarm water with 1 tsp sugar and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- When bubbles starts appearing in water then add this mixture in the flour and knead the dough as per instructions.
- Time varies to bake pizza base from oven to oven so keep checking at particular intervals.
