    Getting ready:

    1. Rinse the okras well in water. Drain it through a colander or pat dry them with a cloth.

    2. Remove the stalk from both the ends and cut vertically into two equal halves.

    3. Take Bhindi in a microwave safe bowl and add coriander powder, salt, asafoetida, cumin powder, mango powder, turmeric powder, fennel powder, red chilly powder, garam masala and oil into it.

    4. Mix well so that each okra get nicely coated with the species. Cover the bowl and keep the bowl in microwave and cook for 3 minutes.

    5. Take the bowl out and stir the masala okra well and keep the bowl back inside the microwave and cook for another 2 minutes.

    6. Lip smacking bhindi masala is now ready. Take it out in a bowl.
