Directions:

1. Take 3-peeled potatoes and dice them into medium size pieces.


2. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in the Kadai.

3. Add chopped potatoes to the Kadai and sauté them over high heat till golden brown.

4. Add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/3 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tbsp of dry fenugreek to the Kadai, and roast briefly.

5. Add 2-tomatoes, 1/2 inch ginger baton, and 1-green chili paste to the Kadai and roast while stirring it at intervals.

6. Add 1 tbsp of red chili powder and fry the masala till the oil separates.

7. When the masala is half-cooked, add 1 cup of green peas and cook covered for 2 minutes.

8. Once the oil separates, add 1/4 cup of fresh malai and roast the masala again till the oil separates.

9. Add fried potatoes, 1 tsp of salt, some water, and cover-cook the sabzi for 5 minutes.

10. Mix chopped green coriander leaves and 1-sachet of Maggi Masala Ae magic after 5 minutes.

11. Gravy Aloo Matar Malai is ready to be served.
