Jau Dalia Pulao, also known as Barley pulao, is an enjoyable and healthy one-pot recipe. Prepare it as breakfast, lunch, dinner or whenever you want. It helps in boosting immunity and promotes healthy weight loss.

Directions:
1. Dry roast 1/2 cup of Jau Daliya over medium flame till its color changes and becomes fragrant.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee to the cooker.
3. Add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds to the oil and roast lightly.
4. Add 1/2 cup of peas, 1/4 cup of chopped carrots, 1/4 cup of chopped cauliflower, and 1/4 cup of chopped capsicum to the cooker.
5. Add 1 tsp of grated ginger, 1-finely chopped green chili to the cooker, and sauté everything lightly.
6. Add roasted Jau Dalia and saute for another 1/2 minutes.
7. Add 1-chopped tomato, 1.5 cups of water, 1/2 tsp of salt into the cooker and pressure cook for a whistle.
8. Turn off the heat and wait for the cooker’s pressure to clear.
9. Open the lid and leave the pulao partially covered for 10 minutes.
