Today, we have brought you a delicious and healthy breakfast recipe called Oats and Mix Veg Cheela. Oats and vegetable cheela are vitamins & fibers rich. They are beneficial for diabetes patients and promote weight loss. Follow the directions below along with the images to prepare oats and Mix Veg Cheela.
Directions:
1. Soak ½ cup of oats in ½ cup of water for 10 minutes.
2. Mash the oats with a spoon after 10 minutes.
3. Add 3-4 tbsp of curd, ¼ cup of besan, ½ tsp of grated ginger, and 1-2 finely chopped green chilies to the oats.
4. Add some water and prepare the batter for Cheela.
5. Mix 2 tbsp of finely chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp of grated carrot, and 2 tbsp of finely chopped tomato in the batter.
6. Add 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp of crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp of green coriander, and mix well.
7. Apply a little oil to the pan.
8. Spread 2-3 tbsp of batter in the pan.
9. Cover and cook the Cheela for 2-3 minutes.
10. Drizzle a little oil over the Cheela and flip it.
