Direction:
1. Take 7-jwala green chilies, discard the stalk, and cut the chilies into bite-size.
2. Take 3-tomatoes, cut off the head, and chop them into big pieces.
3. Heat 2-3 tbsp of mustard oil in the Kadai.
4. Add 1 tsp of mustard seeds to the hot oil and turn the flame low.
5. Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp of fenugreek seeds, 1-pinch hing, and 1 tsp of grated ginger.
6. Add chopped chilies, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, and saute over medium flame for a minute.
7. Add tomatoes and other spices after sauteing chilies.
8. Mix 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of fennel powder, 1/2 tsp of red chili powder, and 1 tsp of salt in the sabzi.
9. Cover and cook the sabzi over medium heat for 2 to 4 minutes.
