The dish for today is Mumbai street food called Masala Pav. For masala pav, we will prepare spicy vegetable stuffing and layer it over toasted Pavs. This delicious recipe is an ideal snack or breakfast. It gets ready in no time with minimal effort.

Directions:
1. Heat 1 tsp of ghee in a pan.
2. Add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of ginger & chili paste to the pan and saute briefly.
3. Saute 1-finely chopped capsicum and 2-finely chopped tomatoes.
4. Add more than 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of red chili powder, and 1 tsp of pav bhaji masala.
5. Cover and cook the stuffing for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add 2 tbsp of butter to the stuffing and mix well.
7. Add 1 tsp of water and mash the tomatoes.
8. Add 2-3 tsp of chopped coriander leaves once the oil starts separating from the masala.
9. Toast pavs from both sides, spread a layer of stuffing, and garnish coriander leaves & ginger julienne.
