Directions:
1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
2. Add ¼ tbsp of cumin seeds, bay leaf, 1-inch cinnamon, 3-cloves, 7-black pepper, 1-black cardamom to the pan, and roast briefly.
3. Add 3-tomatoes, 1-inch ginger baton, and 2-green chilies paste to the pan and mix well.
4. Add ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, and 1 tsp of red chili powder to the pan and fry the masala until the oil separates.
5. Add 1 tbsp of dry fenugreek after crushing with hands.
6. Add ¼ cup of fresh milk cream and fry the masala till oil separates.
7. Add ¾ tsp of salt and paneer cubes to the masala and mix well.
8. Mix ¾ cup of water and 2.5 cups of finely chopped spinach in the masala.
9. Cover and cook the sabzi for 5 minutes over medium flame.
