I guess everybody has tried Zingy parcels in the Domino’s menu. It has a pocket-like shape filled with paneer and vegetable stuffing seasoned with pizza spices. Everyone from kids to adults loves it.

So, follow the below directions along with the images to prepare dominos like Zingy parcels.

Directions:

1. Mix 3-4 tbsp of lukewarm water and 1.5 tsp of sugar in 1.5 tsp of instant active yeast. Cover it and rest for 10 minutes.

2. Take 1.5 cups of maida and mix ⅓ tsp of salt in it.

3. Add the activated yeast to the Maida and mix well.

4. Add lukewarm water gradually and knead a soft dough.

5. Add oil to the dough and knead for 7-8 minutes till it becomes soft.

6. Apply a little oil over the dough and rest it for 1 hour at a warm place.

7. Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a pan to prepare the stuffing.

8. Sauté 1-finely chopped tomato with 1 tsp of grated ginger and ½ tsp of salt.

9. Cover and cook the tomatoes for 2-3 minutes.

10. Mix ½ cup of chopped green capsicum and ½ cup of chopped yellow capsicum after 2 minutes.

11. Add 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp Schezwan sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, ½ cup paneer cubes, and mix well.

12. Sprinkle dry flour over the board and roll the dough into a log.

13. Divide the dough log into equal portions and fold them into balls.

14. Take a ball of dough and roll it a bit thicker than chapati.

15. Fold the sheet into a triangle (as shown in the picture) and add 2 tsp of stuffing to the center.

16. Apply water on the corners and stick them together (as shown below).

17. Keep zingy parcels on the greased plate.

 

18. Add 2 cups of salt and place a stand inside the cooker. Remove the gasket & whistle from the lid, and preheat the cooker over high flame for 8 minutes.

19. Keep the zingy parcel plate in the cooker and bake the parcels for 15 minutes.

20. Take the zingy parcel plate out and brush butter over them. Zingy parcels are ready to be served.

  • Refined Flour -1.5 Cup (200 grams)
  • Instant Active Yeast - 1.5 tsp

  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger - 1 tsp, grated

  • Tomato - 1, chopped
  • Green Capsicum - ½ Cup, chopped
  • Yellow Capsicum - ½ Cup, chopped
  • Oregano - 1 tsp
  • Schezwan Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
