Sweet Sevai is a sweet dish which is most preferred during the festivity of Rakshabandhan. It is easier to make and tastier to eat.
Here is a step by step recipe along with the pictures to make sweet Sevai. This recipe will help you to make it in an efficient manner without utilizing the lesser quantity of milk.

Getting Ready:
Melt 2 tbsp of clarified butter in a pan.
Add a cup of vermicelli to it and roast while continuously stirring it on medium flame.
Roast the chopped dry fruits along with ut on low flame.
Preheat another pan and boil 2.25 cups of water in it.
Add a ½ cup of sugar to it and cook until sugar dissolves in it.
Add a cup of roasted vermicelli to it and cook it on low to medium flame for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, stir it and add seeds of cardamom to it.
Partially open the lid and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Stir and cook without covering for 2 minutes.
Switch off the flame and cover the cooked vermicelli.
After 5 minutes, pour it in a serving bowl and serve it.
Suggestion
You can increase or decrease the quantity of sugar according to your taste.
