Veg Crispy Recipe । क्रिस्पी फ्राइड वेजीटेबल्स । Chinese Starters Veg Crispy

 

Veg crispy fry is a recipe of appetizer which is easier to make and perfect to serve the guests. It is made up of varieties of veggies and it is crispier to eat. Cooking it acquires to the lesser amount of time. 

Here is a step by step recipe along with pictures to make veg crispy. This recipe will help you to make it within an efficient manner that too perfectly. 

Direction: 

Getting Ready:

Chop a potato, cauliflower, capsicum and 4 baby corns.

Mix a ½ cup of refined flour with a ½ cup of cornflour in a bowl. 

Add a ½ tsp of salt, tsp of freshly crushed black pepper to it. 

Stir and mix for a while to make the batter of running consistency. 

Add veggies to the batter and mix until batter coats them well. 

Preheat oil in a wok, the rightly heated oil is required to fry the veggies. 

Add the veggies to it for frying them.

Fry veggies until they become golden brown and crispy on medium-high flame.

Stir and fry until they are rightly fried as desired. 

Drain out veggies using a strainer and make sure that extra oil moves back in the wok. 

Preheat a pan, add 2 tbsp of oil in it.

Add a tsp of ginger paste, 2 finely chopped green chillies to it and roast them for a while. 

Add 2 to 3 tbsp of finely chopped cabbage and 2 smaller sized chopped capsicum to it. 

Roast the veggies on a medium flame for 2 minutes. 

Add 2 tbsp of tomato sauce, a tsp of red chilli sauce to it and mix well. 

Add a tsp of soya sauce, a tsp of vinegar, a ½ tsp of salt to it. 

Stir and cook the sauce for a while.

Turn the flame to low and the fried veggies to the cooked sauce. 

Stir until sauce coats the veggies well.

Add some green coriander to it and mix well. 

The veg crispy is ready to be served, pour it on a plate and serve it. 

Suggestions 

  • You can add any variety of veggies to it according to your taste such as broccoli or onion. 
  • You can add garlic paste or chopped garlic instead of ginger paste to it.

Ingredients
  • Cauliflower (chopped) - 1 cup
  • Capsicum (chopped) - 1 cup
  • Baby corn (chopped) - 4 Pcs.
  • Green chilli (finely chopped) - 2
  • Potato (chopped) - 1
  • Refined flour - ½ cup
  • Corn flour - ¼ cup (20 grams)
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Green coriander (finely chopped) - 1 to 2 tbsp
  • Cabbage (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Ginger (paste or grated) - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper - ½ tsp
  • Oil - for frying
Instructions
  1. - Chop a potato, cauliflower, capsicum and 4 baby corn.
  2. - Take a ½ cup of refined flour in a bowl and add a ¼ cup of cornflour to it.
  3. - Add a ½ cup of water to it and stir for a while to make a smooth batter.
  4. - Add a ½ teaspoon of salt, a ½ teaspoon of freshly crushed black pepper to it.
  5. - Stir and mix for a while. The batter should be of running consistency.
  6. - Add veggies to the batter and mix well until batter coats them.
  7. - Preheat oil in a wok and add the veggies to it for frying
  8. - Fry the veggies until they become golden brown and crispy on medium-high flame.
  9. - Stir and fry until they are rightly fried as desired.
  10. - Drain out the veggies using a strainer and make sure that the extra oil moves back in wok.
  11. - Preheat a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil in it and heat it.
  12. - Add a teaspoon of ginger paste, 2 finely chopped green chillies to it and saute them.
  13. - Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of finely chopped cabbage, 2 smaller sized capsicums to it.
  14. - Roast the veggies on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  15. - Add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, a teaspoon of red chilli sauce to it.
  16. - Add a teaspoon of soya sauce, a teaspoon of vinegar, a ½ teaspoon of salt to it on medium flame.
  17. - Turn the flame to low and add the fried veggies to it.
  18. - Stir until sauce coats the veggies well.
  19. - Add some green coriander to it and mix well.
  20. - The veg crispy is ready to be served.
