Stuffed capsicum is a unique recipe which can be considered as a snack or a main course. It has the lip-smacking flavour of spices and has a mouth-watering taste. Serving it along with Paratha, Chapati helps to enhance its taste.

Getting Ready:
Hollow 3 capsicums using a knife and remove their seeds too.
Boil, peel and mash 3 potatoes.
Preheat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan.
Roast a ¼ tsp of cumin seeds, 2 finely chopped green chillies on low flame.
Roast a 1 tsp of ginger paste, a ½ tsp of turmeric powder, a tsp of coriander powder in it.
Add the mashed potatoes, a ½ tsp of salt, a ½ tsp of red chilli powder, a ¼ tsp of mango powder to it and roast well.
Add a packet of Masala Ae-Magic to it along with some chopped green coriander.
Fill the stuffing in capsicums using a spoon and insert it well using the backside of a spoon.
Preheat a wok and a 2 tablespoons of oil in it on medium flame.
Place the capsicums for cooking it on medium flame.
Cover and cook them for 2 minutes.
Rotate and cook it after every interval of 2 to 3 minutes.
After cooking them for 20 minutes, the stuffed capsicum has cooked.
Remove and place them on a plate.
Garnish with some finely chopped green coriander.
Stuffed Capsicum is ready to be served.

- You can use an inch of ginger baton instead of ginger paste.
- You can use the remaining oil to make any of your desired curries.
