    Take 1 cup soya bean flour and 1 cup chickpea flour, add 1 tsp red chili powder,1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp carom seeds,1 tsp cumin seeds,1 tsp coriander powder,Less than 1 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp baking soda and oil.Mix well.

    soya stickAdd water in small portions and make soft dough as that for a chapati. Cover and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes to set. 3/4 cup water is used to knead this quantity of dough.

    • Soyabean flour - 1 cup ( 100 gms )
