    Getting Ready :

    Put 500 ml full cream milk to boil. Turn on flame.

    gajar ka gajrelaTake 4 washed and peeled carrots (500 gms). Remove both the ends from the carrot.Grate the carrots.

    Once milk is boiled well, Add grated carrot to the milk.Mix it.Cook until dense.

    gajar ka gajrelaChop almonds into fine pieces, cashews into 2 halves. Grind and peel 4 green cardamoms.

    gajar ka gajrelaCheck if the Gajrela has reached the desired consistency. Add sugar and mix well.

    • Cashews - 10 to 12
    • Almonds - 10 to 12

    • Green Cardamoms - 4
