Getting ready :
Soak 1 cup moong dal for 2 hours.Wash it well.
Put soaked moong dal in the mixer jar,3 green chili and 1/2 inch big ginger piece,1 tsp salt or to taste and coarsely grind all. Take out in a bowl.
Add 2 tsp water to it and mix it.Less than 1/4 tsp baking soda.Mix well.
Heat a pan.Pour little oil in a pan and spread it.Put the batter, Keep a bit of thickness of 1/2 cm.Keep medium flame.
Take chopped veggies of your choice and put it over the uttapam. Pour a little oil over it.Lightly press the veggies.Cover and cook it on medium flame for 6 to 7 minutes.Check it. When roasted from beneath,Flip it.
Cover and cook the other side of uttapam for 4 minutes. To take it out place a plate over it, flip the pan and take out the uttapam. Prepare all uttapam likewise, then turn off flame.
Moonglet Pizza is ready. To make it more spicy, you can add chili flakes,coarsely ground black pepper.Some salt.You can cut and serve them.You can have it with green coriander chutney,tomato sauce, or you can served it with any chutney of your choice.
