    Cut the dry fruits. We have taken 8 to 10 cashews and 8 to 10 almonds.

    Take 4 green cardamom. Peel and make powder from it.

    Put a pan to heat. Add ghee to the pan . Let the ghee melt . Then add semolina to it. Roast the semolina while stirring it until it is golden brown in color. Keep the flame medium. Semolina is roasted and ready. Add 1.5 cup water to it followed by ½ cup sugar.

    Cook the semolina for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame. Once the semolina puffs up, stir it.Then add the chopped dry fruits, 1 tbsp raisins and cardamom powder to it. Mix all well.Cook well until the halwa turns dense. Sumptuous Halwa is ready.

    Turn off the flame. Take it out in a bowl. Garnish the Halwa with chopped dry fruits. Pour 2 tbsp ghee over the halwa.
