    Getting ready:

    Chop the cashews into 5 to 6 chunks and thinly slice the almonds and pistachios.

    Start making the ladoos by heating some ghee in a wok on flame. As the ghee melts, add soybean flour and wheat flour to it and roast them on medium flame until they become golden brown and fragrant. Keep stirring constantly to avoid the flour from burning.

    Soyabean flour ladooOnce the flour turns aromatic, turn off the flame and let them cool down a bit.

    Take khand in a bowl and when the roasted flour remains warm add it in the bowl and mix them really well. Don’t add khand in hot flour mixture or else the mixture will become thin.

    Add the dry fruits and green cardamom powder in the bowl as well and mix properly. Add ghee if the ladoo mixture appears dry.

    Now pinch some mixture from the bowl and bind to make desired size ladoos. Prepare ladoos with warm mixture or else it will become difficult to bind them. Keep them on a plate, soybean ladoos are ready.

    Suggestion

    You can add or remove any dry fruits according to taste. You can even make these ladoos without adding any dry fruits.

    Ingredients
    • Soybean flour – 1 cup
    • Wheat flour – 1 cup
    • Khand/boora – 1.5 cup
    • Ghee – ¾ cup
    • Cashews – 5 to 6
