Getting ready:

Grate the sweet corns using a grater. Keep its cream on a plate. Grate only the seeds part not the hard part.

Wash the tomatoes and green chillies thoroughly with water. Allow them to dry out completely then roughly chop the tomatoes, green chillies and ginger and place in a mixer jar. Prepare a fine paste of it. Transfer it into a bowl.

Place a pan on flame and pour some oil into it. When the oil gets heated, add paneer chunks into it. Shallow fry the paneer chunks until they turn golden brown in colour. Once they are fried aptly, transfer them into a bowl.

Pour the remaining oil into the pan. When the oil gets heated, add cumin seeds, asafoetida and coarsely ground whole spices into it. Roast the spices for a while. Further add turmeric powder, coriander powder and tomato-ginger-green chilly paste into it. Mix it well and saute the masala until the oil starts leaving its edges.

After 4-5 minutes, oil has started separating from the edges of the masala. Now add red chilly powder and sweet corn cream into the masala. Mix it well and saute the masala for another 2-3 minutes.

After 3 minutes, masala is now roasted aptly. Add ½ cup of water, salt, paneer chunks and some chopped green coriander into it. Mix everything really well. Cover and let the sabzi cook for 2 minutes on low flame until the masala gets absorbed into the paneer chunks nicely.

2 minutes are over. Sweet corn paneer sabzi is now ready. Turn off the flame and transfer it to a serving bowl.
