Getting ready:

Apply some oil on the silicon muffin moulds. Grease them evenly with the help of a brush. Also, evenly grease the paper muffin moulds with some oil and place them on the aluminium moulds.

Take a big mixing bowl and place a sieve over it. Put refined flour, baking powder and baking soda on the sieve and strain the mixture twice so that it mixes well. Keep it aside.

Now take condensed milk in a big bowl and add melted butter and mango pulp into it. Stir to mix everything really well until the mixture turns fluffy.

Add salt, green cardamom powder and powdered sugar into it. Mix everything really well until the mixture turns even.

After that, add refined flour mixture into it followed by some milk. Gently mix everything together. Don’t whisk the batter. Batter should be of same consistency as required for making pakodas. ½ amount of milk is used for making batter of this consistency. Batter for making muffins is now ready.

Pour the batter into the greased silicon muffin moulds. Fill them up to ¾ part. Tap the moulds to dissolve the air-gaps and level the batter. Place the batter filled moulds on a baking tray.

Preheat the microwave at 180 degree centigrade. After that, keep the baking tray on the net stand placed inside the microwave and bake the muffins for 20 minutes at 180 degree centigrade on convection mode. Check later.

Meanwhile, fill the paper muffin moulds placed over the aluminium tray. Place them inside the microwave and bake the muffins for 20 minutes at 180 degree centigrade on convection mode.

After 20 minutes, take out the tray. Muffins are baked aptly. Both the batch of muffins are baked through in 20 minutes. Allow them to cool down a bit.

Once they cools down slightly, take the muffins out from the moulds and place them on a plate.
