    Making:

    Take a vessel with heavy base. Pour the milk into it. Let the milk simmer. Once the milk comes to a boil, starts stirring it at regular interval of 4-5 minutes with the help of a spatula. Keep the flame on medium. After a while, milk will turn thick. Keep stirring with the spatula so that milk doesn’t stick at the base.

    When the milk become thick in consistency as of halwa then start stirring it continuously. Milk will turn thicker. Turn off the flame. Transfer the prepared mawa in a bowl. Allow it to cool down completely. Mawa is now ready.
